A simple question: if you had a time machine which year would you travel to and why?
I know this isn't beer related but - hell - let's chuck the theme like a frisbee.

Back to that brewery where I ordered the 30cl "frauen beer". I'd just order a normal one and avoid a lifetime of ribbing from Herr Neil.
I'd probably say beer wise, the mid fifties, provided I know what I know now!
I'd go back to the period just after the Big Bang and alter nitrogen so that, when pressurised, it explodes on contact with stout.
That ought to stop one particular product development strategy pretty sharpish.
Beer Nut, If for some reason you failed in your quest to bar Nitro from beer I would have a go.
For me it would be the 1890's/1900's so I could have a pint with my Great Grandfather on the brewery dray.
